The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal on Friday [Aug. 16, 2006] named 45 Twin Cities companies as "Great Places to Work."
The companies named to the list will be profiled in the Business Journal's Aug. 18 issue. Companies earn the honor based on how employees respond to surveys, which address such as issues as work environment, personal growth, embracing new ideas and how things work day-to-day.
More than 200 companies were nominated this year. To be considered, companies were required to have an office in the Twin Cities 11-county metro area with 10 or more employees, or be Minnesota-based companies with at least 1,000 employees in the state.
